Everything a professional
softphone should do

The Voxa Center WebRTC softphone is built into the operator panel. Each operator has their phone directly in their browser.

Inbound & outbound calls

Make and receive VoIP calls from any modern browser. Compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari.

DTLS-SRTP encryption

All audio streams are end-to-end encrypted via DTLS-SRTP. Automatic ICE negotiation for NAT traversal.

Call transfer

Transfer an active call to another extension, external number, or queue — in one click.

On-the-fly recording

Start recording during a call (MixMonitor). Files are accessible from the admin interface.

Dynamic Caller ID

Each operator can select their outbound number from the numbers authorized by their access group.

Browser notifications

Receive a sound and visual notification for each incoming call, even if the tab is in the background.

Native WebRTC,
no plugin or extension

The softphone relies on JsSIP and standard browser WebRTC APIs. Asterisk handles SIP signaling via WebSocket.
